Information we collect

When you continue with Google, C Suite Biologics receives the basic account information you approve, such as your name, email address, Google account identifier, and whether Google has verified your email address. We also collect information you submit during research-access review, checkout, customer support, or account verification.

Privacy-conscious site measurement

To understand whether search visitors accept the research-use gate, meaningfully engage, reach the catalog, select a product option, add it to the research cart, or begin verification, we record limited first-party events. An engagement event requires a trusted browser interaction followed by at least ten seconds while the page is visible. These events contain the page path, action type, broad acquisition source, selected product label when applicable, event time, an approximate two-letter country code supplied by our hosting network when available, and a random identifier that lasts only for the current browser-tab session.

Country-level measurement helps distinguish United States visits from other regions. It does not establish residence or research eligibility. We do not collect precise location for this measurement, and historical events without a country remain unclassified.

We do not store an IP address, email address, name, phone number, user-agent string, advertising identifier, or cross-session identity with these events. The tracker does not run when a browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, or when the browser identifies the session as automated. The event endpoint also discards recognized crawler, monitoring, and prefetch requests before storage. Automation signals are evaluated transiently and are not transmitted or stored with an event.

How Google information is used

Google sign-in information is used only to authenticate you, prefill your verified email address, secure the access-review process, prevent fraud, and communicate about your account or request. Customer sign-in does not request permission to read Gmail, contacts, files, or other Google account content.

C Suite Biologics' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help operate, secure, verify, and fulfill the site, when you direct us to do so, or when required by law. Providers may use the information only to perform services for C Suite Biologics.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for account security, access review, transaction records, legal obligations, and dispute prevention. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we maintain, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may revoke C Suite Biologics' Google access from your Google Account security settings. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact marquedeposte@gmail.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, compliance, or legal purposes.

Research-use notice

This policy concerns personal information. Product eligibility and use remain subject to the site's Research Use Only notice and access acknowledgments.

Updates

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
